Our firm is a family owned and operated business serving the Space Coast.  John Clancy has been a State Certified Residential Contractor in Brevard County since 1978. He is a graduate of Florida Tech in Melbourne, Florida and is originally from New York City. He has lived in Melbourne since 1969.
